COVID-19 Update – March 24, 2020

Beaver Municipal Solutions is working hard to enact best practices of social distancing, operational controls to limit interactions, hygiene and personal protective equipment to protect our staff and on the job and protect our customers.

We are monitoring the development of the virus and are working to keep our operations running safely and efficiently within this context.

The Landfill and Transfer Stations continue to operate at our regular hours. Our administration offices remain closed to the public. If you need to reach someone, please call our main line at 780.663.2038 and leave a message with your name and number. We are regularly retrieving and returning calls. Alternatively, contact can be made to info@beavermunicipal.com.

Please use the scale to enter our landfill site. There is an intercom to interact with the scale attendant. The button does not have to be pressed as the attendant can turn the intercom on from inside. We have provided disinfected PPE (personal protective equipment) in a tote at the scale for our customers’ use. When finished with these items, place the PPE in the “used” tote. All PPE will be disinfected after every use.

Commercial customers, please ensure all loads are accompanied by a completed manifest. This will ensure your ability to access the site.

If you have any questions regarding filling out a manifest, please contact Aubrey or Marilyn at permits@beavermunicipal.com

We continue to assess the situation on an ongoing basis and will make changes to our operations as necessary. Please continue to follow our website and Facebook page for updates.
