Recycling

Recycling services for residents of Beaver County are available through Beaver Municipal Solutions’ transfer stations.

Cardboard and paper

Cardboard and paper recycling is available to residents and businesses of Beaver County. Cardboard needs to be flattened. If paper or cardboard is wet or soiled throw it away. Unfortunately soiled materials contaminate the load and make recycling harder, or in some cases impossible. Sort paper and cardboard and place in the proper bin.

Dedicated bins are located in Ryley, Holden, Lindbrook and at the Tofield Transfer Station and Viking Transfer Station.

Paint

Disposal of paint for recycling is available at the Lindbrook and Viking transfer stations and the Ryley landfill. The paint recycling program is facilitated through the Alberta Recycling Management Authority (ARMA).
